IVRS system is easy to control ,
consumers dial IVRS number through the registered phone number and
simply follow the guidelines to book their refill. Consumer would
immediately receive an SMS notifying the booking number. Consumer can
book their refill at any time of the day and also check the HP Gas booking
status.

However, consumers who have not mobile
phone they have to go to the agency their cylinders are booked using a
new wireless phone system which is available only to dealers.
